Quintanilla Téllez Arquitectos
Quintanilla Téllez is an architecture studio based in Tamaulipas, Mexico, where the profession intertwines with a contemporary vision of space. The identity project sought to build a solid brand—one that honors its legacy while opening the door to artistic projects and more expressive architectural narratives. The aim was to transform its visual presence into a language that respects tradition while confidently pointing toward new horizons.
The logotype is rooted in a serif typeface with subtle weight variations, granting a restrained modernity that blends with its classical foundations. The symbol emerges as a monogram: two initials coexisting within a circle, preserving the weight of the family name while creating voids, tensions, and intersections that evoke the distribution and reading of an architectural plan.
The fresh and balanced color palette reinforces the studio’s commitment to contemporary and artistic work. The editorial system combines serif and sans serif typography, creating air, rhythm, and a gentle reading pace in every piece. The stationery is enriched with tactile gestures—hot stamping and embossing—that highlight guiding lines and invisible structures, organizing information with precision and emphasizing the material dimension of the identity.
The result is a visual system that elevates the work of Quintanilla Téllez through subtle details, discreet sophistication, and an aesthetic that conveys both rigor and sensitivity.
